Noah brings six years experience in emergency management and disaster risk reduction at local, provincial and national levels. He currently works for the B.C. Ministry of Emergency Management and Climate Readiness, and spent over 4 years working at Canadian Red Cross. His experience at the Red Cross included being on the Inclusive Resilience team, which partners with the BCEA on public education for earthquakes. In his role in B.C. government, he is responsible for the framework and structures that set the emergency management plan for government. He previously led the update of the Provincial Earthquake Immediate Response Strategy (PEIRS).
